The gibberish lyrics make a little sense at one time and then don't at another time.
I wonder if the Indian community will be amused by that at all!
Who cares? Their dances often amuse me more. It is actually quite fun to watch at times.
Looks like the Chinese subtitles are done by Taiwanese. In the related links inside YouTube, all are Taiwanese related - including some Taiwanese celebrities.
I agree, even if you ignore the subtitles, it's quite fun to watch.

D咁嘅歌詞都比佢併到﹐好嘢! (最難頂係第一段片..個阿叔不停repeat果個手勢又係fit番後面和音不停repeat嘅三個字.. 想死!!)
而第二段片個舞步就精彩.. 果堆dancer令我諗起"Charlie and the chocolate factory"電影入面跳舞嘅一排排人仔.. 娘得黎﹐又有D位都有D似番香港80年代果d MTV.. (例如帶黑超呀﹐"戚一戚"件風褸懶型呀..)
